Refund Policy
1. Free Application
The core Unda Player application is free to download and use with no purchase required. If you have not made any in-app purchase, no refund is applicable.
2. Premium Features
Premium features (such as multi-device cloud sync) are in development and will be offered as optional in-app purchases through the Google Play Store. This refund policy will apply to those purchases when they become available.
3. Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You purchased a premium feature and it is not functioning as described
- You request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date
- You have not excessively used the premium feature
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind requests after the 14-day window.
4. Google Play Refunds
Purchases made through the Google Play Store are subject to Google’s standard refund policy. For purchases made within 48 hours, you can request a refund directly through Google Play. For purchases older than 48 hours, contact us directly — we will review your request and may issue a refund at our discretion.
For fastest processing, use Google Play’s built-in refund system for purchases made within the past 48 hours. Go to Google Play → Order History → Request a Refund.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund from us directly:
- Email support@undaplayer.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
- Include your Google Play order number
- Briefly describe the reason for your request
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Google Play and may take 3–5 business days to appear on your original payment method.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Purchases older than 14 days (except where required by law)
- Issues caused by incompatible third-party IPTV content sources
- Device incompatibility that was clearly stated in the app listing
- Requests that appear to be abuse of the refund policy
