Terms of Service
1. About Unda Player
Unda Player is a media player application for Android devices. It reads and plays multimedia content from sources you provide — such as M3U playlists, Xtream Codes endpoints, and XMLTV EPG feeds. Unda Player does not host, distribute, or provide any media content.
Unda Player is a tool, like a web browser or a PDF reader. What you load into it is entirely your responsibility.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Unda Player, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the application. These terms apply to the Android app, this website, and any related services we provide.
3. Permitted Use
You may use Unda Player to:
- Play content from sources you own or have explicit rights to access
- Load M3U playlists from providers whose services you have legally subscribed to
- Access free, public-domain, or open-licensed media
- Test the application with your own media files
4. Prohibited Use
You must not use Unda Player to:
- Access, stream, or distribute copyrighted content without authorisation
- Circumvent geographical restrictions in violation of a service’s terms
- Resell or redistribute the application without our written permission
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the application
- Use the application for any unlawful purpose
We do not endorse, facilitate, or take any responsibility for the use of Unda Player to access unlicensed content. Users who do so act solely at their own risk and legal liability.
5. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you access through Unda Player and for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable copyright laws, licensing agreements, and terms of service of any third-party content provider.
Unda Player has no visibility into what content you load or stream. We do not monitor, log, or control your usage in any way.
6. Intellectual Property
The Unda Player application, its source code, design, logo, and branding are the intellectual property of Unda Player and its contributors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the application on your devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. In-App Purchases and Premium Features
The core Unda Player application is free and requires no account. Premium features (such as multi-device cloud sync) are in development and will be offered as optional in-app purchases through Google Play. Subscribing to Pro requires creating an account with a valid email address, which will be used solely to manage your subscription and sync your data across devices.
All purchases are subject to Google Play’s billing terms. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and Google Play’s own refund policies.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Unda Player is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or playlist format. Use at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unda Player and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or legal consequences resulting from content you access.
10. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
